Transports team, which allows public transport users in Argentina to pay for their trips through a single simple & standardized solution using an interoperable QR code system. I was responsible for the design and development of key components of the platform, including the trip flow, used by ~100k users per day, the deny list system, the payment module, the QR code generation logic that enables the trips, and the debt management for unpaid journeys. I also contributed to the overall architecture design to ensure scalability and reliability of the solution. Additionally, I handled production on-call duties, monitoring and alerting through Datadog, and managed Kubernetes pods and deployments to ensure system stability and rapid incident response.
